Terms of Use
This restriction includes pets and all ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, compounding, food, cosmetic, household, and clinical uses.
1. Qualified research purchasers only
Products are offered only to organizations and qualified personnel conducting lawful, non-clinical laboratory, analytical, or in-vitro research. Consumer, personal, household, bodybuilding, wellness, and self-experimentation purchases are prohibited.
2. Prohibited uses
Products may not be used in or on humans or animals; administered, consumed, compounded, prescribed, transferred, or resold for any human, veterinary, animal, or pet purpose; or used to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition.
3. Regulatory status and documentation
Products are not represented as drugs, medicines, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, medical devices, or veterinary products. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, products have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for human or animal use. A Certificate of Analysis reports specified lot data only and does not establish FDA approval, clinical safety, efficacy, sterility, or fitness for any human or animal application.
4. Purchaser representations
By requesting an order, the purchaser represents that it has qualified personnel, appropriate facilities and procedures, a lawful non-clinical research purpose, and all permits or approvals required for possession, handling, storage, and disposal. The purchaser agrees not to provide the products or related marketing materials to consumers for prohibited use.
5. Order review and refusal
Every request is subject to identity, organization, intended-use, geographic, product, and availability review. Axiom Bio Supply may reject or cancel any request when the stated or apparent use is inconsistent with these terms or applicable law.
6. No medical or veterinary advice
This website provides catalog and lot-documentation information only. It does not provide dosage, administration, treatment, medical, veterinary, or clinical guidance and must not be used for those purposes.
7. Quotes and payment
Submitting a request does not place or pay for an order. Product availability, shipping, cancellation and return terms must be provided in a written quote and accepted before payment. No online payments are collected.
