Information you provide
We collect the email you submit for catalog access; account details such as your name, organization and optional phone number; and messages and quote requests you send, including delivery state, ZIP code, product quantities and your permission for us to respond. Account authentication is handled by Netlify Identity.
How information is used
We use this information to provide catalog access, review wholesale eligibility, secure accounts, respond to requests and administer our business relationship. Entering an email for catalog access does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and service providers
Netlify hosts the site, account authentication and request storage. These services process information on our behalf. Browser cookies maintain access and sign-in sessions; local storage remembers your product selection. Request security controls use a hashed network identifier to limit abuse. No advertising trackers are installed.
Referrals
If you register through an agent referral link, we record the introducing agent and associate subsequent quote activity with that account. An assigned approved agent can see limited business contact details, request status and activity, not your password or private messages. A referral does not subscribe you to marketing or bypass business approval. Contact us to request a review of your association.
Your choices
You can sign out and clear your browser storage. To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, use our contact form and select “Privacy or account request.” We may verify your identity before responding.
Retention and security
Information is retained for account administration, responding to requests and applicable recordkeeping needs. Access is restricted and data is transmitted over HTTPS when hosted. No system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit patient records, sensitive medical information or card details.
Business users
This site is for qualified research organizations, not children or personal-use purchasers. Changes to this policy will be published on this page.
