Before an order is accepted

Catalog and wholesale access do not guarantee availability. Submit a quote request for a written confirmation of product, quantity, destination eligibility, shipping cost, handling requirements and estimated dispatch timing. Online payment is not enabled. A request is not an accepted order.

Shipping destinations

We accept quote requests for all 50 U.S. states, subject to product and destination eligibility. No international shipping is available.

Changes and cancellations

Use the contact form with your request reference to ask for a change or cancellation. Do not assume a submitted change has taken effect until it is confirmed.

Delivery concerns and returns

Contact us with the order or quote reference, affected products and a description of any damage, discrepancy or documentation concern. Keep the packaging and lot information. Do not return materials without written instructions. The applicable return, refund and shipping terms must be provided and accepted in the written quote before payment.

Research eligibility

All requests are subject to organization, intended-use, destination and product-availability review. Materials are not for human, veterinary or animal use, including pets.
